These rates are only available to conference delegates and bookings MUST be made via the registration process via the Conference Organisers. Do not contact the hotel directly to book these rates.

Every effort is made to satisfy accommodation requests; however accommodation is confirmed on a first come first-served basis and is subject to availability. We strongly encourage you to make your accommodation booking as early as possible to avoid disappointment and secure these special conference rates.

Prices listed are in Australian dollars and are per room per night. Prices are room only rates unless otherwise specified.

Accommodation Cancellations and Amendments
All changes of accommodation requirements must be advised in writing either by mail, fax or email to the Conference Organisers, International Conferences & Events (ICE) Pty Ltd. Please do not contact the hotel directly.

Early Bird accommodation bookings will be pre paid and receive no refunds after they time of booking.
Standard accommodation bookings will be charged a one nights deposit. Cancellations of Standard bookings will be refundable up until 24 hrs prior to arrival. Cancellations made within 24 hours of arrival will be charged a one nights cancellation fee.
