Dr Hugh Pearce is a long-standing member of the Melbourne Anaesthetic Group and has a strong interest in regional anaesthesia and pain relief. His private practice is predominantly orthopaedic in nature where pain relief can be a major issue. He has anaesthetised more than 10,000 patients for shoulder surgery in the beach chair position.
