Dr Paul Stewart
Dr Stewart is a Senior Clinical Lecturer at Sydney Medical School at the University of Sydney and a consultant anaesthetist in private practice. He is a member of Quality Clinical Review Committee and the HREC at the Sydney Adventist Hospital.
Research interests include quantitative neuromuscular function monitoring, neostigmine associated muscle weakness and residual neuromuscular blockade. The research has been published in international and Australian journals and presented at international anaesthetic meetings. Awards have been received from the ANZCA and the Australian Society of Anaesthetists. These include Smiths Medical / ASA awards and the Gilbert Troup Prize and Medal.
