In solo private practice since 1987. Positions held include SOT, REO (Vic), ANZCA Primary Examiner, Chair of Primary Examinations, External primary examiner for Hong Kong College of Anaesthetists. Lectured for VRC courses over 20 years.

Now DPA Professional Documents as well as IMGS central assessor, and currently involved with IMGS, CPD, Safety and Quality committees, and PAEC.

User of TIVA for 32 years in both adult and paediatric anaesthesia.
