Workshops will be held offsite, at locations near to the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre. All offsite workshops are ANZCA-Certified Emergency Response Workshops. A fee applies to each workshop. Please refer to the respective workshops for the fee.

Obstetric Advanced Life Support – Workshop and Simulations

These 90 minute workshops will provide participants with an opportunity to work in small groups rotating though skills stations addressing obstetric advance life support and initial neonatal resuscitation in a dedicated clinical skills and simulation facility.
Following completion of the workshop, participants will be awarded the CPD activity: Emergency Responses (Cardiac Arrest).
Paediatric Advanced Life Support – Workshop and Simulations

These three hour workshops will provide the opportunity for participants to work in small groups addressing paediatric airway skills and undertaking fully immersive advanced life support simulation scenarios on high fidelity manikins. Following completion of the workshop, participants will be awarded the CPD activity: Emergency Responses (Cardiac Arrest).

This 3 hour workshop will take participants through four simulated cardiac arrest scenarios. The facilatators are all experienced in ALS instruction at large teaching hospitals.
