Adjunct Prof Frank Brennan SJ AO
Adj Prof Frank Brennan SJ AO is a Jesuit priest, a professor of law at Australian Catholic University, an adjunct professor at the Australian Centre for Christianity and Culture, and an author. He has taught at the University of New South Wales Law School, the Australian National University College of Law, and the National Centre for Indigenous Studies. He was the founding director of Uniya, the Australian Jesuit Social Justice Centre. He has written books on indigenous issues, civil liberties, asylum policies, religion, politics and law. He has been recognised for his services to Aboriginal Australians, particularly in the areas of law, social justice and reconciliation. He has been renowned for his social activism since his early days as a priest in 1975.
